Start a Media Project

Media projects begin best with context, not assumptions. This intake is a starting point for a conversation, not a commitment or a purchase.

Circle Ten Media works with organizations whose content has become operational—something that must be produced reliably, maintained carefully, and stewarded over time. whether it’s a website, an event, or ongoing media support, this page helps determine whether that approach is a good fit for your needs.

What Happens Next

After you submit the intake form, we review your information and follow up to clarify scope, cadence, and expectations. If the project appears to be a good fit, we schedule a short conversation to discuss next steps.

There is no obligation to proceed. The goal is to determine alignment before any work is proposed.

What This Intake Is For

This intake is designed for organizations seeking structured, professional media support rather than one-off creative tasks. It is appropriate for teams producing ongoing content or building systems that need to remain stable over time.

It is not intended for quick-turn promotional requests, speculative projects, or exploratory brainstorming without defined goals.
